Fairly large room with wooden floor and high ceiling. Modern bathroom (mother of owner tells us that her daughter is slowly renovating). Nice welcome. Thin walls (but after midnight the street noise disappears and the wuffs of the dog quiet down). Great breakfast with cakes.
